Parenting Line – WA
Jointly funded by The Department of Health and Department of Communities, the Parenting Line is managed by Ngala and is a free call back service available from 8am until 8pm 365 days a year, to the whole of WA.
The service is available to anyone with an interest or question about children from 0-18 years. They regularly receive calls from parents, families, other services and agencies including professionals such as teachers, psychologists and social workers.
Parenting Line staff are all qualified and in addition to offer parenting advice were appropriate, are able to direct callers to resources or services in their own geographical area.
